Residential Building Survey

The Home Survey (level 1, 2 & 3) is a non-intrusive visual inspection, in which your surveyor will inspect visible areas in your property to report on the condition of a property and highlight any defects.

Technical Due Diligence Survey

A TDD Survey is a compilation, comprehensive appraisal and validation of information of an organisation required for assessing accuracy, commercial integrity, financial stability and functional competence integrity of a property.

Drone Survey

A Drone Survey is a technical survey of a property with the use of a drone. The drone allows the surveyor to achieve a far higher standard of inspection of the roof structure, chimney, rainwater systems and higher levels of a property.

Defect Diagnosis Survey

Before any repair work is undertaken it is essential to fully understand the root cause of the visible damage. This type of survey will assess this and give the client the opportunity to make an informed decision on the best course of action.

Party Wall Matters

As party wall surveyors we will prepare a document known as a “party wall award”. If necessary we will also liaise with the other party on our client's behalf to ensure the award is enacted.

Reinstatement Cost Assessment

A Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) is used to calculate the potential cost to rebuild a structure and provide a ‘day one reinstatement’ figure known as the declared value. According to RICS, an RCA should be carried out every 3-5 years. This is often used for insurance purposes.
