What is a Drone Survey? 

 

A Drone Survey is a technical survey of a property with the use of a drone. The drone allows the surveyor to achieve a far higher standard of inspection of the roof structure, chimney, rainwater systems and higher levels of a property. In most cases access to the roof of a property is not possible, and as such a surveyor can only comment on the condition of a roof, chimney, or rainwater system based on their view from ground level, often with the use of manual tools such as binoculars. A Drone Survey allows the surveyor unparalleled access to inspect every aspect of a building, and provides clear photographs to be used in the report.
